令和6年度第9回糸東流技術研修会を堺市立大浜武道館で行いました。

The 9th Shito-ryu Technical Workshop in 2024 was held at Sakai Ohama Budokan.

 

研修内容は、基本、移動式、型「五十四歩（Gojushiho）」、組手。

The contents of the training are Kihon and Idosｈiki and Kata「Gojushiho」 and Kumite.
