令和7年度第8回糸東流技術研修会を堺市立大浜武道館にて行いました。

The８th Shito-ryu Technical Workshop in 2025 was held at Sakai Ohama Budokan.

 

研修内容は、基本、転身、型「公相君小（Kosokun Sho）」、組手。

The contents of the training are Kihon and Tenshin and Kata「Kosokun Sho」and Kumite.
