令和７年度第５回糸東流技術研修会を堺市立大浜武道館で行いました。

The5th Shito-ryu Technical Workshop in 2025 was held at Sakai Ohama Budokan.

 

研修内容は、基本、移動式、型「来留々破（Kururunha)」、組手。

The contents of the training are Kihon and Idosｈiki and Kata「Kururunha」 and Kumite.
