令和6年度第5回糸東流技術研修を堺市立大浜武道館で行いました。
The 5th Shito-ryu Technical Workshop in 2024 was held at Sakai Ohama Budokan.
研修内容は、基本、移動式、型「明浄（Myojo）」、組手。
The contents of the training are Kihon and Idosｈiki and Kata「Myojo」 and Kumite.
