令和5年度第９回糸東流技術研修会を堺市立大浜武道館で行いました。

The 9th Shito-ryu Technical Workshop in 2023 was held at Sakai Ohama Budokan.

 

研修内容は、基本、移動式、型「三戦（Sanchin）」、「新破（Shinpa）」、組手、鍛錬。

The contents of the training are basic, Idoshiki , kata ``Sanchin'' and ``Shinpa''and Kumite and Tanren.
