令和5年度第7回糸東流技術研修会を堺市立大浜武道館で行いました。

The 7th Shito-ryu Technical Workshop in 2023 was held at Sakai Ohama Budokan.

研修内容は、基本、移動式、型「十手（Jitte）」「最破（Saifa）」。

The contents of the training are basic, Moving method, and kata ``Jitte'' and ``Saifa''.
